We hope everyone had a happy and blessed Thanksgiving. Now that Turkey Day is behind us, exhibitor set up for the Decoy Festival is one short week away!

The Guild needs its volunteers to be on hand on Thursday, December 1 at 9 am at the Harkers Island School to get the gymnasium ready for the Festival. Paper has to be put down on the floors and the tables set up. This preliminary set-up is usually over by noon.

On Friday, December 2, Guild volunteers may begin working on setting up the rest of the school after the classes are dismissed at 12 noon. Friday is an early release day so just as soon as the children leave, we may begin getting the school and grounds ready for the Festival.

Exhibitors may begin setting up on Friday, December 2 around 3 pm.

Please come out and help! Many hands make light work and we need our members, volunteers and friends to come out and join us in helping out before the fun starts.
